Shaoxing Yunai Textile Co., Ltd. is a China-based supplier and development partner for functional sports and outdoor fabrics. With 10 years of industry experience, we support outdoor brands, trading companies and emerging apparel studios with practical fabric development and production coordination.
From four-way stretch, polyester and nylon stretch fabrics to bonded and TPU waterproof fabrics, our materials are developed for softshell and hardshell jackets, outdoor pants and other performance apparel. Working with long-term manufacturing partners in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, and established Chinese weaving technology, we help customers turn concepts into market-ready fabrics.
Whether you need ready-to-select sample cards or OEM development based on your own specifications, our team works closely with you on composition, weight, hand feel, function, color and end use. With structured quality follow-up and responsive service from sampling through shipment, we aim to make functional fabric sourcing more efficient and dependable.
We are a young and energetic team with an average age of 28. Our 20-person business, operations and logistics team works closely with more than 120 employees across our long-term manufacturing partners. Simple, kind, credible and mutually supportive: these values shape both our company culture and the way we work with customers.
Manufacturing partners
Our long-term partner factories in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, support weaving, dyeing, lamination or membrane bonding, functional finishing, fabric inspection and packing according to each approved product specification. Yunai coordinates the buyer brief, sample confirmation, production follow-up and quality communication across these stages.

Shaoxing Yunai Textile Co., Ltd. holds a Global Recycled Standard (GRS) Version 4.0 Scope Certificate issued by IDFL Laboratory and Institute Inc. The current certificate is valid through April 19, 2027.
A Scope Certificate confirms the organization and listed scope. Certification of goods delivered for a specific order must be supported by a valid Transaction Certificate (TC).
