Are you a factory or a trading company?
Yunai is a functional fabric supplier and development partner in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. We work with long-term manufacturing partners in the area and coordinate fabric development, production, quality inspection, packing and shipment follow-up.
Which production processes can your manufacturing partners support?
Our long-term partners support weaving, dyeing, lamination or membrane bonding, functional finishing, fabric inspection and packing. Yunai coordinates the approved specification, samples, production progress and quality communication for each order.
What is your typical MOQ?
Custom color production typically starts from 1,500 meters per color. MOQ can vary with yarn, construction and finishing. Selected references may have stock options.
Can you send samples?
Yes. Color cards for selected references, including YA1598, H1634, YA6009 and YA2119-B, can be provided free of charge; courier costs are paid by the customer. Meter samples are USD 5 per meter. Available color cards and meter samples are normally prepared in 3–5 days. Custom laminated fabric sampling generally takes 5–7 days. Courier costs vary by destination and are confirmed before dispatch.
What is the average lead time?
Sampling is normally around 7 days. Bulk production is generally 20–25 days after deposit, final color approval and sample approval. Timing is confirmed for each order.
Can you develop fabric from our sample or specification?
Yes. We can discuss composition, weight, width, construction, color, surface, hand feel, water-repellent finishing, stretch, bonding and lamination.
How can we follow production progress?
Our team can provide scheduled updates with production photos or videos, especially at important confirmation and inspection stages.
Can you provide GRS-certified products?
Shaoxing Yunai Textile Co., Ltd. holds GRS Version 4.0 Scope Certificate IDF-26-961835, Version 2 (TE-ID TE-00127332), issued by IDFL and valid through April 19, 2027. Its certified process category is Trading (PR0030), and the appendix lists specified dyed and undyed knitted and woven fabrics. Certification of goods delivered for a specific order requires a valid Transaction Certificate (TC).
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed according to order value, product type and agreed trade terms.
