Inquiries and business communication
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone or messaging contact, message, and the product associated with your inquiry. We use these details to receive and respond to your request and to discuss fabric sourcing, samples, quotations, or an order. The form is delivered to us using Resend, an email delivery provider. If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, the information you choose to send is handled through those services.
Our inquiry form also uses a short-lived, server-side rate limit based on the connection address to help reduce automated submissions. It is not part of Google Analytics.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics in our consent banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and clicks on WhatsApp links. A WhatsApp click event can include the product code, the page path, and the text of the clicked link. We do not send the contact form fields to Google Analytics through this feature. Google Analytics may use cookies and receive technical information from your browser, including the page URL and IP address. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
If you decline, this website does not load the Google Analytics tag. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, and you can reopen Analytics choices in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics activity on this site; it does not automatically erase data already processed by Google.
External services and links
WhatsApp links open a service operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to its own privacy information. Google Analytics and Resend process information as described above. You can also contact us by email without accepting website analytics.
Retention and your requests
We normally keep inquiry emails for 365 days after receipt. To ask about information you have sent us, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact admin@yunaitextile.com. Our team handles these requests through that address.
