Softshell Fabric · YA0500
YA0500 combines a 95% polyester / 5% spandex, 100d four-way stretch face with 100% polyester 100d/144f polar fleece backing at 320 GSM. A low-permeability TPU membrane forms the middle layer. PD / C6 DWR is identified in the supplied specification.
For an accurate recommendation, include your garment type, target market, required finish and estimated quantity.
Product overview
The stretch face, TPU middle layer and dense fleece backing offer a three-layer development route for substantial softshell outerwear.
Supplied reference values: 10,000 mm waterproofness and H2O MVT 1,000 g/m²/24h. These are supplier-provided values, not independently verified results. Confirm test methods, specimen conditions, wash durability and seam-tape compatibility. PD is retained as the supplied finish code.

Core performance
Construction-based characteristics, not laboratory pass claims. Numerical targets can be agreed and tested during development.
Three-layer bonding with low-permeability TPU membrane. Bond strength, flex resistance and after-wash stability require sample evaluation.
95% Polyester / 5% Spandex, 100D four-way stretch; 100% Polyester 100D/144F polar fleece. Confirm whole-fabric stretch and recovery where required.
PD / C6 DWR. Agree the finish system, spray-rating target, wash cycles and destination-market requirements before approval.
