Softshell Fabric · YA080
YA080 combines a 95% polyester / 5% spandex, 100d four-way stretch face with 100% polyester 100d/144f polar fleece backing at 295 GSM. The face and fleece are bonded directly without a TPU membrane. Peach Dull / C6 DWR is identified in the supplied specification.
For an accurate recommendation, include your garment type, target market, required finish and estimated quantity.
Product overview
A matte face and dense fleece reverse provide a two-layer construction for jacket and workwear development. Peach Dull means light surface brushing plus dulling for a fine, soft, non-glossy touch.
The supplied specification identifies a four-way-stretch face and C6 DWR finish. Confirm stretch recovery, spray rating and wash durability on the approved sample. No waterproof or moisture-vapor rating is supplied.

Core performance
Construction-based characteristics, not laboratory pass claims. Numerical targets can be agreed and tested during development.
Two-layer bonded softshell; no TPU membrane. Bond strength, flex resistance and after-wash stability require sample evaluation.
95% Polyester / 5% Spandex, 100D four-way stretch; 100% Polyester 100D/144F polar fleece. Confirm whole-fabric stretch and recovery where required.
Peach Dull / C6 DWR. Agree the finish system, spray-rating target, wash cycles and destination-market requirements before approval.
