Integrated corn-grid reverse
Raised grid units are formed as part of the fabric rather than added as a separate laminated backing, creating a recognizable technical inner texture.
The supplied information identifies C0 WR and 6% spandex but does not provide spray-rating durability, stretch direction, elongation, thermal or moisture-management values. Confirm required targets through testing before making numeric performance claims.
Softshell Fabric · YA1308
A 220 GSM nylon-led stretch fabric with a fine Peach Dull face and an integrated raised corn-grid fleece reverse. Developed for active midlayers, lightweight softshell jackets, travel wear and urban outdoor zip tops.
For an accurate recommendation, include your garment type, target market, required finish and estimated quantity.
Product overview
YA1308 combines 74% nylon, 20% polyester and 6% spandex in one integrated construction. The Peach Dull treatment uses light surface brushing and dulling to create a fine, soft and non-glossy face, while the reverse forms a distinctive raised corn-grid fleece without a separately laminated backing.
At 220 GSM with a 49-inch usable width, the fabric is positioned for active grid-fleece jackets, technical midlayers, training and travel jackets, cycling or hiking tops and movement-focused uniforms. Its grid texture can support air spacing and a differentiated inner surface, but exact warmth, breathability and moisture-management performance require testing on the approved fabric.

Core performance
Construction-based characteristics, not laboratory pass claims. Numerical targets can be agreed and tested during development.
Raised grid units are formed as part of the fabric rather than added as a separate laminated backing, creating a recognizable technical inner texture.
The 74% nylon blend and light brushing-plus-dulling treatment create a refined, soft and non-glossy surface direction.
Six percent spandex supports stretch-oriented garment development; direction, elongation and recovery should be confirmed on the approved sample.
A fluorine-free water-repellent finish is identified in the supplied specification. Spray rating and wash durability require project-specific testing.
Recommended applications
Application images clarify the intended use while keeping the supplied fabric specification central.

For zip jackets and active tops requiring a light-to-medium structure, soft inner texture and movement comfort.
For hiking, cycling and travel layers developed around a distinctive grid reverse and refined matte face.
For versatile garments that combine technical styling with wearable stretch and a 220 GSM body.
Garment images are application visualizations. Final appearance depends on fabric development, pattern and approved color.
Supplied references
These supplied images support development discussions and are identified separately where color or finishing may differ from the navy reference sample.

C0 WR, movement comfort and the integrated corn-grid structure are development directions. Numeric targets are agreed and tested for each project.
