Product overview

A bird-eye-backed three-layer shell with supplied 10K/10K performance

YA1418 combines a 100% polyester woven face, TPU membrane and 100% polyester 75D bird-eye backing. The deep forest-green reference face has a fine matte surface, while the gray textile reverse gives the inside a clean technical appearance.

At 240 GSM and 56 inches wide, the construction is positioned for waterproof shells, hiking and trekking jackets, commuter rainwear, technical workwear and functional uniforms. The supplied specification lists a PD/C6 DWR finish, 10,000 mm waterproofness and 10,000 g/m²/24h moisture-vapor transmission; these values remain subject to agreed test methods and production confirmation.

Supplied 10K waterproof reference

The supplied specification lists 10,000 mm waterproofness. The applicable test method and production result are confirmed for the approved order.

02

Supplied 10K moisture-vapor reference

The supplied specification lists 10,000 g/m²/24h H2O MVT, with test conditions confirmed before final performance claims are used.

03

75D bird-eye textile backing

The finished reverse provides a recognizable technical texture and keeps all three layers combined in one shell material.

04

C6 DWR face finish

The supplied finish direction supports surface water repellency, with spray rating and wash durability verified on the approved production fabric.
