Four-way-stretch face
The 92/8 polyester-spandex face supports multidirectional garment movement; elongation and recovery are confirmed on the approved fabric.
The supplied materials identify the construction and stretch direction but do not provide confirmed waterproofness or moisture-vapor ratings. Functional targets should be specified and tested before use in final product claims.
Laminated Fabric · YA2806
A 305 GSM three-layer softshell combining a four-way-stretch polyester-spandex face, transparent TPU membrane and dense 100D/144F polyester polar-fleece backing. Developed for active jackets, hiking trousers and cold-season stretch workwear.
For an accurate recommendation, include your garment type, target market, required finish and estimated quantity.
Product overview
YA2806 combines a 92% polyester / 8% spandex woven face, transparent low-permeability TPU membrane and 100% polyester 100D/144F polar-fleece backing. The near-black matte face supports understated technical styling, while the dense same-color reverse creates a soft cold-season inner surface.
At 305 GSM and 57/58 inches wide, the material provides a substantial platform for active softshell jackets, hiking jackets and trousers, commuter outerwear, stretch workwear and outdoor training apparel. The source material does not provide numeric waterproofness or moisture-vapor values, so final protection targets require project-specific testing.
Technical data
Reference data for development and quotation. Final tolerances are confirmed on the approved sample.
Core performance
Construction-based characteristics, not laboratory pass claims. Numerical targets can be agreed and tested during development.
The 92/8 polyester-spandex face supports multidirectional garment movement; elongation and recovery are confirmed on the approved fabric.
The 100D/144F polyester backing creates a soft inner surface and substantial cold-season hand.
Face, transparent TPU membrane and fleece are laminated into one integrated softshell material.
Wind, waterproofness and moisture-vapor targets are selected for the project and validated through testing rather than assumed from the construction alone.
Recommended applications
Application images clarify the intended use while keeping the supplied fabric specification central.

For hiking and training jackets requiring stretch, a technical matte face and a soft fleece reverse.
For cold-season outdoor pants built around four-way stretch and a substantial 305 GSM construction.
For commuter and workwear garments developed around the required protection, durability and mobility targets.
Garment images are application visualizations. Final appearance depends on fabric development, pattern and approved color.
Supplied references
These supplied images support development discussions and are identified separately where color or finishing may differ from the navy reference sample.

The supplied visual identifies four-way stretch and softshell performance directions. Numeric protection claims require testing on the approved construction.
